    By accessing or using Maneja ("Service"), operated by Maneja ("we," "us," or "our") at maneja.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

    2. Description of Service

    Maneja is an autonomous AI-powered marketing agent that helps you create, schedule, and manage content for X (Twitter) and Reddit. Our Service includes:

    • AI-powered content generation and creation
    • Automated scheduling and posting to X and Reddit
    • Social media analytics and performance tracking
    • Pulse campaigns for automated content campaigns
    • AI agent chat for marketing assistance
    • Discover feature for finding relevant connections
    • Draft management and content library

    3. User Accounts and Registration

    To use our Service, you must:

    • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
    • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
    • Maintain and update your account information
    • Maintain the security of your account credentials
    • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

    4. Platform Integrations

    Our Service integrates with X (Twitter) and Reddit through third-party integration services. By connecting your accounts:

    • You grant us permission to access and use your account data as necessary to provide the Service
    • You represent that you have the authority to grant such permissions
    • You agree to comply with the terms of service of X and Reddit
    • You understand that we use secure third-party services to manage these integrations

    We do not store your platform passwords. Authentication is handled through secure OAuth protocols. You may disconnect your accounts at any time through the Service.

    5. Content and Intellectual Property

    5.1 Your Content

    You retain all ownership rights to content you create, upload, or provide through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

    5.2 AI-Generated Content

    Content generated by our AI is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or compliance of AI-generated content with any platform's terms of service or applicable laws.

    5.3 Our Intellectual Property

    The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, and design, is owned by Maneja and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written permission.

    6. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
    • Violate the terms of service of X, Reddit, or any other platform
    • Post spam, malicious content, or content that violates platform policies
    • Impersonate others or provide false information
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
    • Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

    7. Subscriptions and Billing

    7.1 Subscription Plans

    7.2 Payment

    You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the billing period.

    8. Service Availability

    We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from Service unavailability.

    9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

    The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

    9.2 AI Content Disclaimer

    AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from the publication of AI-generated content.

    9.3 Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maneja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

    10. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maneja, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

    11. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

    You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us at support@maneja.app. Upon termination, we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    12. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

    13. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Maneja operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
